2. Non-Refundable Rates

If you have booked a discounted "Non-Refundable" rate, the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking, and no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

3. No-Shows

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be canceled, and a no-show fee equivalent to the total booking amount may apply.

4. Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking dates, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to room availability and potential rate differences.
